We have just received our first set of two tips of the blades for our rotors. It is made using the newest technology of 3D metal printing. It is made of aluminum with no loss of the material during the production process. With this technology the shape that was designed is exactly reproduced during the production process. It is made with great precision and repeatability which is very important for these elements. We started a cooperation with the manufacturer of such parts and maybe in future more and more parts would be made using that new methods of aluminum 3D printing.
